Customer satisfaction is a huge priority for me and I strive to reply in a timely manner. I respond to every enquiry personally and will be in touch ASAP, usually within 48 hours during weekdays. During wedding season time (September – May), it might take a day or two longer, as I’m mostly out of the office and knee-deep in beautiful florals, busy making someone’s dream day come true!
